Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL and locally using LibanPost. 

We will ship your items within two to three business days of purchase. When your item is shipped, we will email you the tracking information on the address you submitted during the purchase. 

Items are expected to reach you within five business days to the latest. If you encounter any delays, please contact us at design@kinshipstoriesproject.com

We are not responsible for any shipping problems or delays incurred due to mail strikes, custom inquiries or problems at your country of residence, or outstanding circumstances such as war or natural disasters. 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: As indicated above, all items outside Lebanon are shipped via DHL. Our rate variation therefore reflects the rates of this international carrier rather than our own preferences. We thank you for your understanding.
